And guess what came home with me today!
I found them at Nordstrom Rack. Normal price is $74.50. I paid $34.50 including tax. They are a half size larger than I usually wear, but they fit all right (my feet slide around a touch but not too badly!) and they were the only pair in the store in red. And they are just as awesome in person.
Even better: Nordstrom.com is still selling them
for full price online.
