As far as Greek Week ideas:
We do a skits and banners competition every year - each chapter makes their own skit (having to do with the Greek Week theme) and a banner (also having to do with the theme), and the best skit and banner wins. There used to be a sports day, where the chapter competed in stuff like football, basketball, a tug-of-war, things like that. We're trying to get together a Powder Puff game for this year too. One of the nights we had a house crawl, and sometimes there's an event at a bar/club where it's all Greeks (you can play Singled Out or do something like that to make it more interesting). At the end, we give out a trophy for the top chapter (the one who got the most points between skits and banners, sports day, and other point-assigned events throughout the week)
And yeah...your font is really hard to read.
