This was a favorite at my school...not only with my chapter, but with the Rho Gammas and all the PNMs at Recruitment (When we used it most!)

((that was all said in one breath, screaming at the top of your lungs))
Then,
BANG BANG BANG BANG...usually chairs slammed on the floor, fists pounding on walls...the louder the better, especially on the door, when the PNMs are waiting to come in and haven't met us yet!
Chi O Sorority is Second to None!
((Same thing, screamed in one breath))

You do that three times, but the banging gets louder each time...we'd get really creative in making as much noise as possible, too
