the key to the holidays is to have a game plan in place
way before dinner is served... so mentally psych yourself up for what you will eat, portion size, etc... don't deprive yourself but do try
not to overindulge... and try not to go to the dinner table starved. eat a light snack a few hours before dinner... or if you do slip up, know that it's never too late to get back on the wagon - if you fall off!
