so...you just got tazed a couple times, and you're done screaming like a demon. what next? he decides it's a good time to go limp, saying that he would leave, but won't stand up. (officer: "stand up!" tazed guy:"fuck off!")
so sidelines guy apparently decides now is a good time to give a civil rights speech, "this is about abuse of authority..."
i would've tazed him, but i'm an asshole. i've seen small children act the same way in a store. they throw the same tantrum, they scream, they go limp, and everybody wants their parents to just drag them out. you hope mom just takes the kid out of the store, and not spank them in public. Mostafa Tabatabainejad, 23, got spanked.
the kid in the store is a lil' kid though.
