I have loved the man ever since he was on E/R with Elliott Gould in the 80s. I was watching VH1 this weekend, one of their top 40 such and such shows. They said that his assistant has been with him for 10 years. He's bought her a 2+ million dollar house and sends her on exotic vacations. When her mother was ill he babysat her child! That made me love him even more.
