Overall I find that I like working for women better than men. My industry is very male dominated because women don't like the long hours it takes so there are very few women who are in charge. I like to work with women who are not trying to prove themselves to the male managers. Those women who are confident in their abilibites and don't have to prove themselves are alot easier to work with.
