Interesting. I have no first hand experience, but the job market in the Triangle has appeared to be very good. Perhaps it's a matter of the kind of job one is looking for.
And I must admit bias -- I really don't think I could be paid enough money to live in Charlotte. No offense to you and AlphaFrog (who undoubtedly make Charlotte a better place), but I've just never liked Charlotte at all. I know lots and lots of people love Charlotte, but I've never been one of them. Colors my view, perhaps.
Which is why there's more than one place to live in the world, I guess.
