I have a friend who happen to love this brand of flower oil called "White Flower Oil" which has this really strong scent that she loved and used it as a perfume. I'm not too sure that if it's the same one you friend uses. You can try to show the image to her. Interesting enough this oil is actually a medicene that helps you awake when you feel nausea and also prevents mosquito bites and heals them if you get one.
You can normally get oils like these in Chinatown stores or some small chinese herbal stores.
