My history? Please, school me. Oh I would love it. As for property values, lets say the values do rise (I think we can all agree this is unlikely). The value of the property is what will rise, nobody will want whats on the property. This is often the case in run down areas, and nobody would expect the owners to fix up their property, they'd likely clear the ground and build condo's or something.
I spend time on greekchat when I get bored here at UGA law, so i really don't think its a problem
