It won't work here. Trust me. Unless the bar has zero business and is desperate. And the fraternity members wouldn't want to have an event at someplace lame.
Not to mention that in PA, you cannot even enter a bar if you're under 21, so that would prevent 75% (roughly) of the members from attending any sort of party that's open to the public. Any events where an establishment is rented must be closed events...and the bars aren't too jazzed about losing business for a night to a group where the majority can't drink anything but pop and water.
