, the first time I dressed as it was b/c I didn't plan any other costume and this was cheap and easy to make. The animals, cars, and other toys can usually be found at Wal-Mart in a big bag for like 80 cents or something ridiculous. Those things, plus safety pins, the tulle, and some good glue (no hot glue gun, found out the hard way that it won't hold the stuff on there for long
) are all you need!
