I assume this is a series of questions being asked by advisors or chapter members? The best thing you can offer is honesty. State the obvious good AND bad points of your chapter - then offer some ways (or a commitment to find ways) to improve the chapter.
If your numbers are down, spirits low, negativity abounds, then admit it, and offer some ways to improve the situation.
If everything is wonderful (you're at Quota/Total), you've won the last four Greek Weeks and have three Homecoming Queens or Princesses in your chapter, then recognize it, give the chapter its due. Then say how you would like to see the chapter remain on its present course, maybe adding an extra philanthropy, alum chums or something simple.
Nobody - the chapter or the advisors - wants to hear you lie about where the chapter's at, and where it should/is going. Good luck!
