There are people who will always say negative things which really says more about them than it could ever say about you or your sorority. They are jealous or insecure or feel threatened and as you have probably heard before "Misery loves company." Don't let those remarks affect you so much. If you feel confident enough, when someone makes an insulting remark, you can say almost exactly what you wrote. "I'm a nice girl!!! I love my sisters!! When you say that, you insult me!" They will stop if they care about you. Actually a lot of the time, people don't realize when they hurt other people so unless you tell them, they won't stop. I hope that this helps!
