When i went away to school that was always the first ?? i got asked is do you know Jeff and Will. I knew folks that was tight with them but not me personally.
EST from 3X Dope is a songwriter now. He got an award at the songwriter's version of the grammys like in 2003 or 2004 I believe. Few folks want to give Schooly D the credit of the godfather of gangsta rap. But the west coast does give it up to him for that. There were a lot of rappers/dj's from Philly that like you said don't get the credit. There are 3 DJ's that are still around and they are on the international scene: DJ King Britt (Central HS), DJ Viktor Duplaix (from DJ Master Don and Exotic Vic) and DJ Cash Money.
