I am the only person in the US with my name (spelling and last)
Both my sisters are the only people in the US with their names
6 other people in the country have my mother's name (not using her current married last name, she still uses my last for professional reasons)
2 other people in the country have my father's last name
There are 480 people with my last name and I can pretty much guarantee that I am related to them in some way, shape or form.
