I think many Brothers have a good point.
Do not just recruit numbers, but quality men. Set a number to work with and they can learn from the few @15-20 who will be the core of a new colony or rebuilding Zeta.
If the core is right, then the rebuilding will become much easier in getting more quality associates.
Numbers may look good, but if they do not last where is the good?
