As many of you know, last November, a friend of mine passed away from Meningitis. This year, on Novemeber 21st, she would have turned 21. In her memory, to raise money for the Menigitis Foundation of America, I am hosting a Happy Hour/drinkup on Friday, November 24th, the day after Thanksgiving. It is at Bourbon Street on the Upper West Side from 7-10pm. It is $25/person and is open bar (well drinks and drafts) for three hours. $5 from each admission and half of the tips that we raise that night will go to benefit the Meningitis Foundation of America. In addition, at the end of the night, the bar will double whatever money we raise. This is an organization that is very close to my heart and I am hoping for a good turnout. If you live in the New York City area and can make it on the 24th, please come and bring your friends.
