Phi Sig on my campus was always our big competition during recruitment. I will say that neither Phi Sig or my chapter were huge, but Phi Sig still had a great sisterhood, and even when their numbers got dangerously low, they always could pull out a great rush with quality women and rebound. Also, I know the NPC rep for Phi Sig national and she is AWESOME!!
