Also, make sure you all pray about your situation. Ask God to provide the both of you with the strength to make it through this trying time. Before he leaves maybe you two can go through the Bible and look up chapters that pertain to distance, and love (I Corinthians 13 is a personal favorite of mine)

Keep in mind that everything happens for a reason, and that God won't give you more than you can handle.
