Sadly, before I read the Pennsylvania part, I seriously thought this story was going to be about my step-sister-in-law. Her son ended up in the hospital because he broke his front tooth, and she never got it fixed, and since her kids drink Mt. Dew and eat candy from 6am-9pm his tooth was starting to rot...
