First off, her name is Natalie, I've known her since freshman year, and she's in my med school class. I actually sat next to her today in Pharmacology...I promise you Bobby, she's out of your league.
As for football, It's not so much that we're back b/c we won our first two games, but how we won them. After two years of relying far more on luck and superior athleticism to squeak out wins (like 3 defensive TD's against Wake Forest, or two blocked FG's against Pitt both last season), we're blowing teams out again, bringing in the scrubs and still dominating...not quite like the Osborne days when the 6th teamers were in there still scoring on three play drives but as good as it's been since 2001. This new offense is finally coming of age and the order in the Big XII North is restored...that's how we're finally relevant again.
I honestly don't think we're going to win, but some people are pollyannas and can't look at things objectively. The CB...he's just confident, that's all. I honestly don't know why he said those things. As this great CFB blog
