If you leave him, and move on to the next guy, he'll start off being romantic and then the next thing you know he won't be as romantic. Plus if he stayed romantic, you would probably get tired of it. Most women do.
If you know this guy loves you, why leave him? The grass isn't greener on the other side. Hang on to what you have, you may regret it in the future. I could see if he cheated on you or physically and verbally abused you, then it's time to go.
