We use the dove as well. When I was the VPM and trying to put together photos for the video, a few sisters and I decided that we needed a 'sign' like ADPi's four-finger diamond or Tri-Delt's fingers/thumbs triangle, so we told the sisters to start taking pictures with 'hearts and doves' - pointer fingers and thumbs making a heart, with the other fingers fanned out around the heart to make dove wings. I don't know if any other SK chapters do it; our sisters had used the gesture before, but we'd never done it in pictures before that year. Our girls loved it, and every picture taken since then has at least two girls making 'hearts and doves'. Now all the new members think we've been doing it forever.
It's amazing how quickly history rewrites itself.
Also, some of our families within the house have their own mascots. I'm in the frog family (DEFINITELY the right place for me! ::ribbit:: ), so pretty much every Christmas/birthday/etc., my littles get me frog stuff.
