I'm sure glad you all liked Immunology...probably my LEAST favorite subject in paramedic school. Pharmacology was a lot of fun though. I think my favorite class was Cardiology.

I learned more about pharmacology this past summer as a nursing extern(seeing how different classes of drugs interact with other drugs, reacts with different age groups, and about drugs in general) than I did in an entire semester of pharm. I think it was because my instructor was in the process of doing her doctorate dissertation in addition to working full time, being a full time mom of 7 year old twins, etc. I think she was just a little bit uptight
She did receive her doctorate this past summer and people in her class now report she is much more laid back, which is lucky for them because she about killed us!
Cardiology is okay. I got floated to work in the cardiac intensive care unit yesterday, wasnt as bad as I thought, but my heart still lies with orthopedic patients
