I'm glad to see the other side presented as well. I worked during college at Steak and Ale, Gallagher's and the Foundry. Some of the creeps that we had to serve were nothing short of animals-and poorly trained ones at that!
I tip 20%, I talk to management about great service, I've called fast food headquarters simply because someone spoke CLEARLY on the other end of McDonald's intercom. On the other hand, if someone is grossly underperforming, I will mention that as well.
Lil-G is right though...WAIT till AFTER you get your food!
