However you want. It just has be meaningful to you. You can choose a set of words that are important to you, or a phrase, in any language, and adopt Greek Letters.
Most GLO's stick to 2-3 letters for their names. Kappa Sigma, Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Gamma, Pi Kappa Phi, etc...
For example:
Girls Rule: Gamma Rho
Out to Lunch: Omega Tau Lambda
Birds of a Feather: Beta Phi
Ex uno disce omnes: Eta Delta Omicron
Acta non verba: Alpha Nu
