Kankles (thick ankles) are when the ankle is just about the same diameter as the calf. So since they're pretty much the same size, when you mix them together I call them kankles.
The worse, are bad looking feet though. When I'm in a relationship I always massage her feet, but there's no way that's going to happen with kankles and Fred Flinstone looking feet.
