We recently did this at my college. On our sisterhood night, we have one of our New-I's that went through formal recruitment last year give a speech talking about how Alpha Chi changed her. We also have a slide show of sisterhood pictures with a song going in the background. Tables are also set out with some of our most cherished items from our house. It was pretty effective last year.
