I see what your saying but one of the reasons why I wear a hat sometimes, is because I might meet another frat brother. A perfect example of this is I always wanted to design cars and one day I was at the gas station with a frat sweat shirt on and this older guy who is also a member helped me get into one of the best industrial design schools world wide. I just had to work hard to build a portfolio to get in. It took me two times but I got in. If I hadn't had any frat stuff on, I wouldn't have gotten into the school as soon as I did. He's one of the head designers at Daimler Chrysler. We keep in touch and when I'm done, Daimler Chrysler will do just fine.
