I really wouldn't consider Milwaukee and Cleveland "college towns," in the same way that I would Austin. Hell, Austin and Columbus are the only real college towns--the rest are largish cities that happen to have schools there.

I go to UT and I really wouldn't consider it a college town at all.......more like a city that is badass for college students. I consider Tuscaloosa, Oxford, etc. etc. as college towns. Austin is a capitol city with 700,000 people living in it.
