Because you didn't "drop" them, they just weren't your first choice. Recruitment is a
mutual selection process. It means that while you preferred to go back to the houses on the top of your list, some of those houses did not invite you back. Because Tinkerbell did, in order to give you as full a party list as possible, you have to go back to their party. It's Panhels way of helping you maximize your options.
