Hiring Professionals: What do you look for in a cover letter and/or resume?
I'm applying for the perfect-for-me job and I'd love some last-minute pointers about cover letters and resumes. I know you seal the job with the interview but this position is posted through a recruiter and I want to make sure she passes my resume along. Is it a good idea to send it to the VP who will make the ultimate decision?

Also, what are your do's and don'ts during an interview?
