Unfortunately, for some PNMs, the perceived religion of a house is discussed through the rumor mill, and sometimes in a negative way.
I'm all for PNMs disregarding any rumors (religious or otherwise), going into recruitment with an open mind, and finding their home wherever it might be. I'm also glad when chapters recognize exceptional women when they see them (regardless of religious background).
Other rumors that I've heard:
The only way to date ZZZ fraternity men is to be a LLL.
To get into certain campus orgs, you have to be a QQ.
