But, isnt it the truth that vertualy ever National that was a local when they started?
They started with one Chapter.
The only one I can think of off of the top of my head was TKN that was a group of locals who joined to be a Fraternity and then Merged with LXA in 1939.
It is still considered the largest Merger In Greek Social History.
