My curiousity stems from friends of ours who have two daughters -- the older was Miss Teen Colorado when she was in High School. Her younger sister was Miss Colorado when she was in college.
I simply don't believe that the first would have competed in a Teen pageant when she was in college. Obviously, the second didn't.
Knowing
my two girls, I suspect that they and their friends would have teased any college aged woman fairly unmercifully if they joined the "Miss Teen" whatever pageant. Kids can be fairly cruel.
Thats why I asked the question, and labeled it as my being "curious." Nothing more, nothing less.
