But, as an alumn of Arkansas State, I will attest that Alpha Omicron Pi was a very strong chapter. They always made quota and got some great girls. They have a very strong rep.

AOII participated in the open house round (first round). Our next colonization events begin Sunday and conclude with bid distribution on August 29. So, girls participating in recruitment have seen AOII at Greek Preview weekend and during first round of Formal Recruitment. They know that they can drop out of FR and try for AOII. I think this is what ElephantWalk meant. As for getting multiple bids, I am guessing that he is saying that girls who still have strong chapters on their invitation lists are opting to try for AOII.
