I've been doing the south beach diet, and I've lost 18.5 pounds in the past 2 1/2 months. Right now I am a liittle discouraged because I have not lost anything the past 2 weeks. have any advice One of my problems is I weigh myself every other day.lol I think I will just start weighing myself once a month. I walk about 2 miles 3-5 days a week. Next week I am going to start .strength training. I am also going to dust off my windsor pilates DVD (which I bought 2 years ago and have yet to try)
