Interesting comments. I chose Kappa Alpha Psi simply because the way they carried themselves. They always dressed sharp, and they were really cocky. Not an arrogant cocky but a confident cocky. When I went to other campuses, they were the same way there too. Most importantly the Fraternity was founded based on Christian principles. They also believed in achieving and being the best at whatever career field you chose.

Though I don't drink or smoke and I'm not a party goer, they still accepted me for who I am knowing that they always threw the best parties. Out of 217 guys that went to the interest meeting, only 7 were picked. One dropped out so 6 of us made it.

Though the Founders of Kappa Alpha Psi founded the Fraternity on Christian principles, they didn't discriminate based on race, religion or creed.
