-It depends. Some enter college at 17 years old.
Would you want one of your sisters to be Miss Teen something?
-No comment, because I'm not in a sorority.
Anyway, thank God that some of the dresses are not trashy. I liked Miss Georgia's, Miss Virginia's and Miss Maryland's dresses. I didn't like the frills on the dresses.
