Thank you Zeta Storm for your reply! However there are a few things I need to address.
I do agree with you that in order to win souls we must show love. As a matter of fact love is the greatest commandment of all. However, love does not mean tolerance of sin. Love is not turning my head when I see another Christian brother or sister sinning. That passage was NOT for unsaved people. People who do not know Christ, I would never judge them or tell them to stop sinning. The truth is that they sin because they are a sinner, they are not a sinner because they sin. They can't help but sin they do not have the covering of the blood of Jesus Christ or the help from the Holy Spirit. For all unsaved people I show them love, the same love that was shown to me when I was out in the streets acting a fool. So if anybody reads that post who is NOT SAVED. I tell you that you CANNOT change yourself only God through his love and grace can save you. So there is no way I can judge or condemn you for you what you do because it is your nature to sin.
Now to Christians, who continue to sin. The Bible says you can judge a tree by the fruit is bears and that we as Christians have the authority and duty to hold each accountable. If you say that you are a follower of Jesus Christ and then you continue to worship Satan's kingdom please believe I will call you out on that. Because sin is sin and the Bible says the wages of sin is death. Remember that with obedience comes blessings and with disobedience comes curses. I am trying to save you from cursing your life and future genarations. Trust me I am STILL dealing with curses because of things my parents have done. CURSES TRANSCEND THROUGH GENERATIONS!!
You also said that I was inaccurate about my statement regarding divorce. I want to clear this up so that no one reading this goes on misinformed. The scripture you posted was the law under Moses. If you read the book of Deut and Leviticus you will see a list of Thou Shall and Thou Shall Nots that were estabilshed during the days of Moses for the people. However, if you continue reading the Bible to the New Testament, Jesus clearly says that we are no longer under the law of Moses but the law of Grace. Therefore, some of the laws and ordinances no longer apply to us. Now there are some that were re-iterated and established under the new law but Jesus makes it clear as to what laws have changed. If you read Matthew 5:17-30, the disciples asked Jesus about divorce and Jesus says that unless your spouse commits adultery than you shall not get a divorce because God Hates Divorce!!. IF it is for any other reason than that is SIN. Read Matthew, then get back to me.
I am not trying to tell you off or say you are wrong but I don't want you to be misinformed. Many times people read part of the scriptures and not the entire book and they get information wrong or they are mislead to think things that arent true. Which is why we have so many cults are forming. Please remember that when you read the Bible to do research and read other scriptures. If all the laws were the same in the Old Testament than that would mean that when a women is on her menstrual she should flee town for 7 days. That wouldnt not make sense for the time we are living in due to modern technology. Remember that those laws were under Moses, read the New Testament we are under the law of GRACE. I hope that clears things up for anyone that may be reading this.
