I work with our chapter's Delta GEMS and we told them day 1, GEMS is not a sorority, it is not the precursor to DST, etc. There are no hand signs for them or anything of the like. We mentor and prepare them for college not sorority life. We discussed sorority life once but mainly the sisterhood part.

In terms of Future XYZ shirts, I don't care for those so I would not purchase. I would rather see My Mother/Father is a XYZ and believe those should not be worn past 8 years old.
