Good luck with your lessons!! How are they coming along? Have you found any good solutions for keeping your hair moisturized and healthy while taking lessons? I swear that my biggest problem with exercise is that I sweat in my head and it messes up my hair. B/c I am trying to go get it done once a week now, it is almost just a waste of money even if I exercise just three times a week! What can we do? Who knows....

Soror,
Bad experiences like that ill turn a person off to water forever. I was thrown in deep water by someone after I had already stated that I couldn't swim. It turned me off. Now, all these years later, I am trying to conquer that fear.
As for my hair, I just pull it into a puff and put on a swimming cap. Once, I wet my hair, put condition on it, covered it with a shower cap, then put on my swimming cap. That worked well. Then, when I got home, I just rinsed. It kept my hair soft. I think I might go back to that.
