I haven't read about those types of details for about 11 months, but I seem to recall the issue being that many of the fraternities had 100 year leases, or owned the land and weren't being compensated fairly for it. Regardless of that, the issue
today is with the city trying to infringe on the rights of students and greeks.

I honestly don't have an answer for you. I hope to god there will be alumni/ae present tonight, especially since it was scheduled before school is back in session, but I don't know. I was sincerely just trying to drum up support on greekchat for any locals. Alumni/ae or not, the more greeks present, the better!
