Actually, that oil wasn't drilled (at least, not the fields I'm discussing) until the Reagan/Bush era. I know that in my area, Bush signed SPECIFIC bills allowing offshore drilling in the Gulf. Also, I don't drive, so don't you dare call me a hypocrite. Get your facts straight before you start calling people names.
