It's ok, there have been a LOT of rec discussions around here lately.
It makes a big difference where your friends' daughters are going to school. In the Midwest.. probably no big deal, they should rush anyway, in the SEC they should probably wait it out. Sugget that they contact the Greek Affairs office (they may have to dig around the website) and call and ask questions about rush.
