Oh heck yeah! My FAVORITE movie EVER. I was Audrey Hepburn (as Holly Golightly) for Halloween - long black dress, gloves, cigarette holder, big round sunglasses, everything. Even got a bunch of costume jewelry from my Mom and Grandma. Put my hair up too. It was sooo fun - looked really classy. The law school rents out a club and throws a big Halloween party every year and I got a lot of attention, which is never a bad thing. A lot of girls came as devils and many people came in scrubs (a lot of us know med or dental school students and can get scrubs easily) NO ONE else is ever Audrey Hepburn.
A surprising number of guys actually had seen the movie and knew who I was. One of the bartenders even called out to me, "Miss Hepburn!", told me I was "just a vision" and gave me a free drink. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and told him he was "an absolute darling." I suspect that bartender played for the other team, but to quote Seinfeld, "not that there's anything wrong with that!" and a free drink is a free drink!
