Get it on eMusic (which also has no DRM, so arguably better than iTunes - $30/mo for 90 d/ls, don't have to delete them when you unsubscribe)
Basically the guy took 250ish samples from top 40 tracks over the last 30 years, mashed them up, and it's the coolest thing in history - but he didn't even try to clear or hide the samples, he actually notes them ALL in the liner notes with a simple "Thank you." for each. Awesome.
