just my opinion and all... but the DA seemed to be a prick when it came to the question period - specifically whether the victims had their possible suffering and drowning death releived by the actions of the accused...
Personally I wish that more effort was expended going after those pricks that abandoned the aged and the infirm to boil and drown in the old folks homes - but hey I guess going after the hospital folks that stayed with their charges makes better press
