I don't know what happened after the series ended...but I remember them trying to get married and Tiffany wouldn't say "I do".
ETA: I searched, and it's funny, I can't find ANYTHING either way about whether they're still together or not. There was one photographer's website where they had her listed as "Tiffany Lynn Angel" but I don't think that means anything.
